Yeah, I am having the exact same problem. One account loads station fine. The other one stays at the loading station screen forever. On the account that won't load i have tried the alts as well and they are having the same problem.

Thanks for the replies so far, very helpful stuff. So in terms of fitting a cloak, would you drop one of the 650's for a cov ops cloak? Assuming thats the fix since DPS seems to be a secondary concern on the rapier.
